Our boards are hand-soldered, one at a time. If your board arrives DOA or different from what you ordered, we'll fix it. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving an unopened, unmodified board, we'll refund you minus return shipping.
If your board doesn't work as described and you've followed any included instructions, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll either:

You may return any unopened, unmodified product within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (not original shipping). You pay the return shipping. Once we receive it and confirm the board is unopened and undamaged, we'll refund within 5 business days.
Products marked "build to order" are made specifically for you. These are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but the DOA policy above still applies. If we miss a stated lead-time by more than 30 days for reasons within our control, you may cancel for a full refund.
If the package arrives visibly damaged: photograph it before opening, take photos of the contents, and email us within 7 days. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either replace the item or refund you.
Email us via the contact page with your order number and the reason. We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original PayPal account.
We'd rather hear from you directly than read about it from PayPal. If you escalate a dispute through PayPal without contacting us first, we'll still respond — but the process is slower for everyone.
