The deal in plain English

By using logansreplicas.com or buying anything from us, you agree to the things below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we sell

Hand-built PCB replicas of historic computer and arcade hardware. Each board is reproduced from the original schematic and layout. We are not the original manufacturers (Apple, Atari, Commodore, Bally Midway, Nintendo, etc.). We do not claim any affiliation with or endorsement by them. All trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.

What you're buying

You are buying the hand-soldered PCB and a certificate of authenticity. Some products are sold as bare boards, others as partially-populated kits, others fully populated and tested — read the product page carefully. We do not ship copyrighted ROMs with arcade or game-console boards; you are responsible for sourcing those legally if you want to run software on them.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Payment is via PayPal at checkout. PayPal handles the actual transaction — we never see or store your card. Sales tax is collected where required.

Shipping and delivery

In-stock items typically ship within 7–14 days. Build-to-order items ship within 21–45 days depending on backlog and chip availability. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL with tracking. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.

Returns and refunds

See the refund policy for the full rules.

Acceptable use

Don't break things on purpose. Specifically:

User content (reviews, wiki, comments)

When you post a review, wiki article, or any other public content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, edit for clarity, and remove it. Don't post anything you don't own or don't have permission to share. We moderate before publishing.

Liability

Our products are sold for hobbyist use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including (but not limited to): damage to vintage hardware you connect our boards to, missed business opportunities, or hurt feelings. Your total recoverable damages cannot exceed what you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email (account holders) and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Fresno County, California.
