Macintosh SE Replica Board

The Macintosh SE (1987) was the first compact Mac with an internal expansion slot (PDS) and Apple Desktop Bus. It also introduced the dual-drive option that became iconic. We reproduce its logic board on the original layout.

Frequently asked

Macintosh SE Replica Board — questions answered

Does the PDS slot work with original accelerators?

Yes — pin-compatible with all original Mac SE PDS cards: Radius accelerators, Asanté EtherTalk, Total Systems 030 boards.

SE or SE/30?

This is the original SE (68000). The SE/30 used a 68030 and is a different board — we build that separately under the Macintosh II family on request.

Built to outlast you.

Every board is hand-soldered by Logan in a Fresno workshop, period-correct components where available, and shipped with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
